Counterpart Concepts

As my illustrated novel, Rights & Unity, is a historical fiction, I would think that it's necessary to include representations or, at the very least, counterparts of the historical figures involved in the historical events that'll be portrayed.

I decided, a while ago, to use the Procyons (what I decided to call the anthropomorphic raccoons who reside in-cannon) to portray historical happenings over the course of human history.  
I figured I'd take a shot at drawing some of the Procyons in a way that suggested the form and appearance of actual historical figures.
There will likely be more concept art, like this, in the near future.
So, here we have the presidents of the USA and the CSA as well as one particular general from each army.
